Getting in the gym can be one of the best things to add to your routine for a ton of different reasons. The gyms been my home for years and I love bringing new people to share the experience with.
Meal Planning
Abs are made in the kitchen, but not only abs. Every part of our body is a result of how we treat it by what we eat every day. Eating healthy can be different for everyone, it’s not always nothing but salad with zero sugar.
Body Building
Bodybuilding is a not something I’ve participated in but I am experienced in. I’ve never been much of a powerlifter or a crossfit enthusiast but my focus has always been my appearance and the shape that I’m in.
